Exchange & Return/Refund Policy
Customers may request the return of any item within 7 days of delivery. We offer complimentary reverse pick-up service.
Once a return request is made on our website, our delivery partner will collect the order within 48-72 hours. It typically takes 7-10 days for the item to reach our warehouse, after which the refund process begins.
If the delivery address is outside our serviceable area or if our pick-up service is cancelled three times, customers are requested to ship the item to our warehouse within 14 days of delivery.
All products must be returned with intact tags and in their original packaging. In the event of receiving the wrong product during a return, a shipping fee of ₹150 will be charged for returning the incorrect item.
The brand reserves the right to reject return requests in case of any discrepancies.
Refunds for both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed to the customer’s bank account or through UPI after the product is received and inspected at our warehouse. Please allow 2-3 days for the refund to reflect in your account. COD handling charges (₹50) will not be refunded for COD orders.

The exchange item will be shipped after the initial product is received and inspected, which may take up to 10-15 business days.
The first exchange on a particular order is free. However, an additional fee of ₹150 will be charged for subsequent exchanges or returns, even if the product is exchanged and then returned.
If exchanging for a higher value product, any excess amount can be paid through UPI. Our team will assist you with the payment process.
If exchanging for a lesser value product, the balance amount will be refunded through UPI.

Exceptions for Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately within 48 hours, along with video proof, if the item is defective or incorrect. Requests without time and date stamped proof will not be entertained. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or returns for customized and clearance sale items. Only size exchanges are available during other sales or discounts. Refunds will not be provided for sale or discount items. All store credit discount codes are valid for only 6 months.
