Refund

What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately within 48 hours, along with video proof. Requests without time and date-stamped proof will not be entertained.

Are there any items that cannot be returned or refunded?

We cannot accept exchanges or returns for customized and clearance sale items. Refunds will not be provided for sale or discount items. Only size exchanges are available during other sales or discounts.

Is there a fee for returning the wrong product?

Yes, a shipping fee of ₹150 will be charged for returning an incorrect item if you receive the wrong product during a return.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

The delivery time frame varies based on your location. Typically, it takes 7-10 business days for your order to reach you.
